Croooober account Instagram hacked!

Dear Croooober User, Follower, Customer!

First of all, thank you for all you support you are providing for a long time now.

We would like to inform you that our Official Instagram account (@croooober_up_garage) was hacked by last Friday, July 1 at 7 PM JST. And we do not have an access to it now. We have already been contacted by someone demanding something in order to give it to us back.

Please make sure you do not trust anyone who will try to be in touch with you on behalf of Croooober and stay away from any suspicious users in order to avoid any fraud efforts. We are working with our Legal department on this matter now and keep you informed on this matter.

Stop shipping to Europe as of April 1, 2022

This is to inform you that starting April 1, 2022, we are no longer be able to ship parts to Europe (including the UK).

This is due to the GDPR regulation.

Working schedule during coming New Year holidays

FedEx economy service suspension

We are sorry to inform you, but due to the pandemic issue spread FedEx decided to suspend its Economy service and as of 16 December 2021, to offer the Priority Service only. All orders placed up to 0:00 AM JST on 16 December 2021, will be accepted and shipped as usual using Economy service.

Japanese National Holidays in Summer 2021

Dear Croooober Customer,

Due to the Tokyo Olympics, July 22 and 23 are announced as National Holidays in Japan. No pick-up and shipping services will be performed on those days.

And due to the further Olympic Games which will be held between August 23 and August 8, some delays in delivery are considerable.

Then the Obon, Japanese National Holidays will take part and at last, Tokyo Paralympics will take the turn starting on August 24 and ending on September 5.

Some delays during the Tokyo Olympics are considerable.

Golden week holidays in Japan

Dear Croooober Customer,

This is to inform, we have the annual Golden Week holidays coming ahead in Japan.

While all companies in Japan are not operating during the holidays, we will not be able to respond to your inquiries and perform international shipments during 4 business days below:

- from May 3rd to May 5th

Announcement about shipping during Holiday Season

Due to the year-end and New Year holidays in Japan International shipping will not be performed from December 30th, 2020, and January 3rd, 2021.

The last pick-up day in 2020 is to be performed on December 29th. All orders placed and proceeded after December 25th, 2020 will be shipped out starting from January 4th, 2021 in the first come-first served sequence.

Worldwide shipping situation due to Covid-19
